Compensation:  $87K – $100K DOE + 10%bonus

The Role
We are looking for an energetic go-getter to fill the role of Associate Brand Manager. This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Brand Marketing and overall Brand Marketing Team in developing and executing a data-driven, omni-channel marketing strategy and leading the strategy and execution for select sales channels. Some examples of such activities include sales channel strategy development, competitive analysis, industry research, consumer surveys, owned, earned, & paid initiative tracking, and campaign performance reporting.

ROLE-SPECIFIC ABILITIES

The Associate Brand Manager should:

  • Assess the vitality and opportunities of a sales channel, develop short and long-term strategies for growth, calibrate KPIs to track performance, and gain alignment around a cross-functional execution plan.
  • Support the Brand Marketing Team in securing YoY sales growth identifying insights supported by data and helping to lead execution in a way that optimizes resources to maximize incrementality.
  • Access, gather, and consolidate data & insights gathered from business analytic systems to support Brand Marketing Team with pre-promo-post reporting.
  • Partner with the Menu Marketing and Innovation team on the execution of menu deployments such as core menu updates and LTO initiatives to maximize sales in an omni-channel environment.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing teams and channel owners to gather and consolidate KPIs in support of brand or omni-channel initiatives.
  • Ensure a consistent external brand image & reputation through displaying a high-attention to detail across all guest-facing creative during the proofing process.
  • Support the Brand Team by maintaining brand marketing budgets & budgetary reporting.
  • Demonstrate literacy around all brand menu elements including menu offerings, merchandise architecture, digital menu variations, products, SKUS, operational procedures, waste, etc. to be a knowledgeable resource to internal & operational teams.
  • Showcase a customer service mentality and provide support to field operators, franchisees, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop relationships across the organization, including the marketing, cross-functional, and operations teams.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of, and execute, many projects, activities, and requests at one time.
  • Display comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and exhibit flexibility when needed as new initiatives or insights arise

EDUCATION – TRAINING – EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Bachelor’s in business and/or marketing (or marketing related studies);
  • Minimum 2 years of cumulative, progressive, applicable work experience
  • Prior experience in marketing or sales, preferably in restaurant or hospitality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Potentially up to 10% travel
