Compensation:  NT$3,679,110 OTE, 60% base/40% variable

The Role

TechInsights is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to lead the growth and retention of a strategic global enterprise account, while expanding revenue opportunities across the broader portfolio. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to our client, driving value through deep engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven selling strategies.

Account Management & Growth:
Own and manage the full lifecycle of an existing book of business, focusing on revenue retention, account expansion, and long-term customer success.

Strategic Selling:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue within TSMC and other assigned enterprise clients. Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities across the organization.

Multi-threaded Relationship Building:
Build relationships across a wide range of personas—including R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Strategy—to deeply understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.

Value-Based Selling:
Communicate the value of TechInsights’ offerings through tailored solutions and storytelling that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive and consultative client experience.

Forecasting & Reporting:
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within the CRM system. Provide regular updates on account health, expansion opportunities, and risks.

Retention & Engagement:
Develop “sticky” strategies that deepen client reliance on TechInsights data and services through regular engagement, insight delivery, and usage optimization.

    Success Profile

    • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the technology or data/analytics sectors.
    • Proven track record of growing large, complex accounts with multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Experience working with or selling to semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech clients is a strong plus. SaaS, Information/analytics/ intellectual property experience highly preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
      Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels in client organizations
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex content to a variety of audiences
    • Self-motivated and results driven; proven ability to work well independently while maintaining a targeted, goal-oriented approach to sales
    • Experience within a fast-paced, start-up environment is a plus
    • Strong technical acumen and understanding of various technology fields; the ability to maintain an elevated level of domain knowledge in technology
    • Consistent record of accomplishment of new business development and overachieving sales targets with prospects and customers
    • This is a hybrid in office/remote position. Must be willing and able to work from TechInsights’ Taipei office if not on client meetings
